Mallorca is the largest island in a group of islands that includes Formentera, Menorca and Ibiza. The capital is Palma de Mallorca. Mallorca is the perfect vacation resort for the tourist who wants a little bit of everything. There is a perfect mixture of beautiful beaches, first-class shopping and a sizzling nightlife. The tourist season lasts from April to November. August is the hottest month with temperatures up to 30 degrees and at times even higher.

A visit to Puerto Portals gives you the opportunity to se a celebrity or two, as well as large luxurious boats.

Mallorca offers many sights, for those who come here for the first time a visit to the Dragon Caves is recommended. A must if you are in Palma is to visit the large Cathedral. An excursion to the cozy village of Valldemossa is something fun to do. The village has cute little streets and some very nice gardens. If you are lucky you might spot the actor Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta Jones here.

The Dragon Caves are impressive! There is also a very nice show to enjoy.
